Hi, I'm Caitlin Alford — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker bringing Gottman Level 3 training and Certified Affair Recovery credentials to South Jersey couples and individuals.
I hold advanced certifications in the Gottman Method, Affair Recovery, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and bring more than 14 years of clinical experience to every session. But more than credentials, I bring genuine investment in the couples and individuals I work with.
I know this work isn't easy. Reaching out takes courage, especially when things feel broken. My goal is to make sure that courage leads somewhere real.
